Take the levelled comparison into Excel to adjust and report.
Export settings
Export in the project header. Blank bid item rows per section leaves room for adjustments. Export notes as column puts qualifications in their own columns instead of cell notes.
The workbook
A Levelling Sheet: your baseline, each supplier's qty, unit, rate and value, live subtotal and total formulas, and the flags carried over. Source documents are not embedded, so finish edits and notes first.
